New mobile connection

Hey guys I need a new mobile connection.my usage per month is 300-400 minutes including 60% local call and 40% STD calls.
Please suggest me the cheap and best suited plan either in prepaid or postpaid from any mobile operator for GSM network.
Also i need GPRS facility(unlimited).

I looked in BSNL postpaid plan 225 with GPRS199 is this good?
also is there any recharge coupon for BSNL GPRS in prepaid for unlimited access?

In northern region(punjab) bsnl has top up for rupees 197 for unlimited gprs for prepaid

@mastermind thanks for confirming that their is some kind of voucher for unlimited gprs in prepaid.
so now i think i should take bsnl prepaid and add gprs voucher
one more thing, is the voucher temporary offer or it will be available permanently?
