New Laptop, Budget - 30 K - In Installmments

Hi,

One of my friend in Mumbai needs a laptop and the Budget is 30 K.
She needs it for her MBA, presentation and stuff like that.
She is a a noob and has no idea about the technology and which laptop to buy? She asked me, if she could buy Pentium laptop ( I absolutely love such girls).

So could you please provide me with the details of a good Laptop(Make and Model) for 30,000 Rs and Also please guide me to guide her to a shop in Mumbai where she can buy it in installments. A shop which could give a good deal when it comes to price and the quality.
