New Gaming Center

I would like to ask you series of questions.
I have a project in Mind to start a gaming center in my locality where the people can come and play games both single player and multiplayer i will not offering internet so no online gaming but multiplayer on LAN.So here are my questions.

1. I want to set up games in way that all games are installed on single server and customers can play them from diffrent computers in my shop sort of like terminal service, can i do that ?

2.Can users will be able to play same game simultaneously on different systems using terminal server?

3.I want to create cabins which only have the a cpu with some basic hardware so that it can access the server and play game from the server.

5.If i can run games from the server what might be the configuration of the server?

6.For server and computers i have 5-10 lakhs so is it possible in this much money?

7.I have in mind to offer games like crysis like high graphic needing games?

8.If server function is not possible then what will be the best single computer option i mean what will be the configuration of a gaming computer that can play most of the games.My budget for single computer would be maximum 40000.

9.I would not like to spent much on multiple graphic cards so is there any way so that i can use minimum number of graphic card for whole shop.

10.I have also in mind to offer console gaming like ps3 and xbox so what will be best choice ps3 or xbox

11. Please tell me some decent TV under 20000 for console gaming.

12.If you are in my position what will be preferred console gaming or computer gaming

13. I am reluctant to go to the console gaming because i have to buy the console for about 25000 and decent tv for about 30000 toatal for tat i can get some heavy gaming equipment

^^^firstly, make a new thread regarding your queries.
Next, I am not sure about your first 5 questions (and ques 9), but I dont feel so optimistic about your requirements.

Next 5-10 lack is a lot of money, you can get up to 20
high end gaming rigs for multiplayer cafe.

xbox360 is better than ps3.

If i had 10lack, I would put a grocery store before setting up a all PC centered internet gaming cafe. Its adviced for internet connection, cause many ameture players and newbees prefer playing online.

as for ur Q1. I dun think u can do tht..U gotta install the games in the individual systems!!
as for ur 2nd last question Console or Computer gaming : depends on a person wat they like!!I got some frens who like arcade games(e.g Tekken 6,MK vs DC,Soul Caliber III n so on) to the core so they only play on PS3 as these kinda games r very difficult to find on PC..whereas I like RPGs like Diablo II(my all time favourite),RISEN n Warcraft III so I like PCs..so my point being it depends on who all come to ur cafe - whether they r for Console or for PC games!!
And if u do go for PCs then best bet would be to go for AMD rig :

Total should be arnd 38k.Now with the 2k left u can drop FSP SagaII 500W n go for Corsair VX550 for 4.7k!!
Assuming 500k as ur budget u should get arnd 12 PCs.Also u mite get stuffs cheaper as u wud b buying in bulk quantities!!

Thank you for your efforts to answer me but i have asked what is preferable wether to start a console game centre or pc gaming center.
And according to latest survey Microsoft Xbox has only about 40% or more reliability while ps3 have more than 50% reliability which is calculated based on the service provided,customer care,hard ware function etc..
I also would like to know wether any of the comapny offer franchise option don't say about the zapak because the conditions they put is harsh

@mannuel - u forgot 1 point : many games r released only for PS3(like last year's game of the year GoW)!!
When u said "preferable" I assumed it from business(profit) point of view thts y my reply coz its real difficult to say which 1 will give u more cash back!!Setting up PCs wud b real cheap n moreover u dun even hv to buy most of the games but for PS3 or Xbox 360 u'll hv to buy the games,isn't it?

I am same user as mannuel after you have merged these accounts i was not able to login whenever i tried it shows login error of username or password so i tried to resend the password when i entered the email it shows no registeration found.
So i am forced to create a new account please don't merge it and please don't delete the account.
So comes to my topic In our area gaming is not much popular i mean people goes for gaming in the internet centre for playing games somehing like CS,GTA, like and few years back there was an arcade gaming place like insert coin and play it but it was closed i liked that place it has many games and also customized seat control and monitor for each use like in some amusement parks.
Okay so what would be better for me either directly go to buy and start a business using some high end pc's and 2 or 3 consoles or i take a franchise with any gaming company.
In india i know zapak offers such thing is there any other company like this and the price zapak ask is about 20lakhs will that be a good decission.
If you have any experiance in it please share.
Wether zapak provides you the pc's and tables and internal decoration and would they allow offline gaming.
