Hi if you had not bought the MB get the asus z68 extreme one its much more better build quality and also i am not sure their gen3 are available but not a big difference unless you get an ssd. In such a good budget is that for just pc or with monitors as those model might consume arround 50-75 k.

I would suggest the following
gskill 2133 mhz ram 8gb kit 2 NUMBERS
120GB CORSAIR SSD SATA 3
ASUSTeK Computer Inc. - Motherboards- ASUS P8Z68 DELUXE

if you had gone for non k its fine but it doesnt mean you need to overclock from the start. Say after 3 years if you feel those apps need more power increase 1-2ghz as per your need. So my advise get k series and keep it at stock. Or if you wanted to upgrade the cpu after 3 years then get a 2011 based board which will take some time to get in the market.

Congrats for the case and graphics cards. So if you can let us know the exact purpose of this workstation build as you already owned 2 more pcs of good build. Just curious what could be the work load you need such a build.

BMG ftw!!
I think Asus P8Z68 V-Deluxe would be a bit of overkill in terms of proper value for money. There is nothing much as extra features in deluxe over the pro versio of the same. Dual LAN is there which is useless in most of the cases. one 2.5'' 2XUSB3.0 front panel is there, which is aslo useless as 800D already have front panel USB3.0 with internal headers. And for the 2133 MHz RAM kits, that's a overkill too, as that kit is meant for extreme overclockers. They are nothing but a waste of money for me, specially when its bought for normal uses of a workstation. For normal uses, 1600MHz kit would suffice.
