I am building a PC for my friend.
so comment on this build and suggest some upgrade too
So far current list is:
Motherboard (Rs 5500)
1. Intel DH67CL
OR
2. Intel DH67BL
GPU (Rs 12000) (flipkart)
Zotac NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 2 GB DDR5
CPU (Rs 6-7000)
1. i3-2120
OR
2. i3-2100
PSU (Rs 2500)
Corsair CMPSU-430CXV2UK 430 Watts
SSD (Rs 5500)
1. ADATA Premier Pro 64 GB SSD
OR
2. Corsair 60gbssd sata3
HDD (in Rs4-5K) (suggest brands and models)
sata 3, 500GB
RAM (Rs ~3000)(suggest brands and models)
2x4GB 1333MHz CL7 (extra ram for cache)

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: main thing is to showoff(i know its weird
), photoshop, gaming at its best (all GTA, all COD, all NFS, all AOE, all Max Payne and future games too and only in offline mode )
2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: Building this rig in parts, thus current budget is ~Rs30K (+/-Rs5k) and ultimately upto 40-45K after sometime (means 30 (+/-Rs5k) +10K).
3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: simply NO, because he don't know abc of pc hardware and will end up with a fried PC. Also for overclocking he will call me to overclock his rig 
, and then he will compare it to mine rig in terms of performance and thus he will showoff his rig to me 
4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: window 7 ultimate 32bit (because turbo c will not work in 64bit)
5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans:500GB HDD + 64GB ssd
6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans:NO
7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans:already have keyboard, mouse, led monitor (1600x900), speakers.
thus only parts needed are, cpu, gpu (after sometime), motherboard, ssd, hdd, cabinet, psu, dvd drive, ram (preference 1333mhz cl7)
8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans:in June/August
9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Yes, but shopkeeper will assemble it
10. i)Where do you live? ii)Are you buying locally? iii)Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: i) delhi, ii) yes, iii) yes.
11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: need special comments on cpu, motherboard, gpu, hdd and ssd.

, thus a 64GB ssd will serve as a boot drive and drive for other applications, and it will load his system much faster than a HDD
so 2GB sounds a better deal to me and a good point to showoff 
lol: gtx520 2GB version can serve as a good showoff but will not give performance)
