New build freezing randomly and ports stop working..

Install the latest MB BIOS or redo it even if its the latest.
Uninstall the Graphic Driver in Safe mode clean the registry with CCleaner and the likes.Install the drivers again.
Check.

Use a different KB/Mouse just in case.
