mad about apps and games, should give good battery life, i will buying this phone in a week time from Mumbai local shops...

Xperia Mini. 3 inch screen. Available online on ebay <10k. Using it myself.

LG optimus Net P690 is a good Android below 10k. Or if you like then HTC Explorer.
Just forget 4" in this category, if you don't plan to buy from brands like Micromax.

Idea Blade. 3.5". but AFAIK no custom rom exist for this updated ZTE Blade mobile.

Desire C will easily cost 12-13k. it has better processor than Wildfire S. Positioned between Wildfire S & Desire S. L3 is crap. 3.2 QVGA screen. avoid.

3.14", 3.2", 3.27", 3.3" all these look almost same. if you are ok with 3.2", go with Explorer or Net.

You can't expect a sub 10k phone to play all games....high end games won't run.....

most games will run. but highend HD games will be laggy. you can't do anything about it. but games like Angry birds should work without any lag.

ICS? Officially no. Unofficially? Most likely yes.

screen 3.5 inches
800 mhz processor
512 mb ram and rom
5 mp cam with flash,af + secondary cam
320x480 res.

only drawback maybe developer support...

do check out lg optimus net too...

Thanks everyone, i got a HTC Explorer for Rs 8100 from local shop in andheri..

the phone is good , however it is loaded with some craps like, NDTV, Cricket and other unnecessary apps, i want to remove it but i am unable as the phone does not allow to uninstall all this unnessary apps,

almost all Android mobiles come with some kind of bloatware. Try to live with it for now.
