(e.g. Connecting two computers through wifi or LAN (Ethernet) for sharing files or internet connection.)

I have used Net Cut as suggested in Aug 12 issue of digit magazine. Now if I don't want to completely block internet access to other IPs & want to block some of their ports or block their access to torrent down loaders or some websites, then please suggest some other options.
