net probs in qd

1 of my frends activated gprs(hutch)
in his qd and when he goes to any site like google it flashes a box above i.e. loading and after some time connection timed out

customre care says clear cache did it no help

restarted the fone no help

inserted the sim on another 6630 net is workin seems qd has the problem any solutions?????????

i red it somewhere but i 4got and yes arena workss perfectly

so i hope my frens help me soon

Reset Phone Settings.[coution: When You Reset your phone The Mem of drive c: is must be 1.5 MB Free 2mb is best,Otherwise you have to face WSOD(white screen of death) just like mE]
