Here are my answers to the Questionnaire:

1. Budget: Rs15000 (+1k)
2. Display type and size: 3.5 inches or more, capacitive touch
3. Form Factor: Bar
4. Preferred choice of brand: All brands except LG. Bad experience...
5. Preferred input method: If a Qwerty, a BB, If not, touch.
6. What camera option you want: Atleast 5MP with LED Flash
7. Preferred operating system: Android, BB. NO SYMBIAN.
8. Preferred connectivity options: WiFi is a must.
9. Preferred applications: None
10. Primary use of handset: Calls, texting, music, occasional photos, apps, games.
11. Any specific mobile phones in consideration:

2)HTC Wildfire S
3)Motorola Defy

Any other upcoming phones in this budget? Which of these phones do you recommend and why?

Forget about Galaxy Ace. I think Defy and W:S are better mobiles. Milestone is old model and it's qwerty is not that good.

Defy > Wilstone S, right? Any other mobiles in this range?

yes. Defy is better than Widlfire (not wilstone). if you are okay with Symbian, check Nokia C7.
