Need to buy a new phone ASAP, need advice

I need to buy a new phone ASAP. I'm prefering my budget to be around 12k , though it can be stretched. What i need is a

smartphone
preferably QWERTY(of the E75/Communicator types),
NO NOKIA (horrid experience with their after-sales, my last Nokia phone has familiarized me with all of its service centres in NCR).

What phones would you suggest? Also, people suggest me of memory issues in some handsets(a friend of mine has issues in launching appz like angrybirds in her HTC). Since i'm into coding by profession(both on iOS and Android), any future ready phone will do :)

Ps: htc desire c/htc one v/se xperia go were suggested by a pal - out of these which would u suggest? Two are good but in 18k range, c is cheaper, but heard ram can be an issue. Am not much of a gamer, though am a hardcore user. what to do ??

cons of both:
1.xperia pro-no future software update from sony.ics was the last
2.slightly underpowerd.really low screen res.

better among these:Xperia Pro

i cant think of any other qwerty droid.
u can import droids from the us but you will have to unlock them :(
