XFX 8500GT has some heating problems as I've seen and hence I skipped that and bought BIG/Galaxy 8500GT 256MB for 2,750/-

You could also think about getting 8600GT 256MB for about Rs.4.6k. Believe me the difference in performance is worth the price you pay!

its like that in bangalore and delhi.
in other places, you need to fork out lots of cash.
but in the national and tech capitals of India, you get sweet deals.
even dell service center is located in bangalore - a big advantage to DellDesk and DellBook users.

While I would never recommend ati 3450 to anyone (its perf. is of the like of 8400 or slightly higher) but I'd surely recomm. ati 3650 over 8600gt if working of Pro software is what the intended use is. But then it costs almost about 1k more.

So you haf a choice: 8600gt and ati 3650. I'd suggest only if you are absolutely sure that you don't wanna buy one outta these two, get a 8500gt.

damn, i was been to SP Road just yesterday and bought 2 GB DDR II 667 Mhz RAM. I didnt asked the price of these graphic cards. I was shocked to hear the price of RAM and HDD. Transcend 2 GB DDR II 667 RAM for 1,650 and Seagate 160 gig HDD for 1.5k
