Need to build PC in 25k

Hello guys, i don't have to answer any questionaire for it's not the first time i'm gonna try this. But to be short i need to get all the components to build a PC in 25k.. Except for the keyboard, mouse and speakers i'll be buying all the other components.

I have researched for sometime and found these two options to go with. It's either intel+nvidia or amd+amd since i believe the other combos wouldn't be fair performance wise like amd+nvidia or intel+amd.
My uses are for normal work, i do play games... i would rather be happy if all the latest and upcoming games run well in medium-high graphics at native resolution. I don't use many softwares.. hence i don't need a very good processor such as i5 or amd fx and so..

Here are my two configs, i need help in choosing the right one.

Intel+ nvidia combo :
intel g2010 proccy - 3.5k
gigabyte ga-h61m-ds2 mobo - 2.9k
forsa nvidia gt 630 1gb ddr3 - 3.5k
corsair vs450 psu - 2.6k
transcend ddr3-1333 2gb ram (x2) - 1.2k + 1.2k
wd cavier blue 500gb hdd - 3.5k
optical drive/dvd burner - 1k
any good cabinet - 1.5k
benq g615hdpl 15.6 inch led 1366x768p - 4k
Total ~ 25k ( i can try getting some discount if possible )

AMD+Amd combo :
amd a4 5300 proccy - 2.9k
msi fm2-a55m-e33 mobo - 3.5k
asus amd hd 6570 1gb ddr3 - 4k
corsair vs450 psu- 2.6k
g-skill ripjawsx ddr3-1600 2gb ram (x2) - 1.6k + 1.6k
wd cavier blue 500gb hdd - 3.5k
dvd burner - 1k
cabiner - 1.5k
same monitor - 4k
Total ~ 26k ( need to get discount here )

I might also buy optional logitech speakers for Rs 400-500. Also can someone give me a hint of what cpu cabinet i can buy for 1.5k? I haven't found any of them.
Which of the above two configs is the better for me in 25k budget?

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: MS Office, Visual Studio 2010, Sql server 2008. Multimedia and Gaming.. skyrim, fifa 13, sleeping dogs, nfs most wanted, bf3, ac3 and upcoming games.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: 25k... doesn't matter if it exceeds by 1k.

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: Not really.. but i can try the gpu later.

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Windows 8

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 500gb minimum

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: I mentioned about the benq monitor. If anything is better than that please tell me.. not more than 17.3 inches and resolution not less than 1366x768 and not more than 1600x900.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: Only have the keyboard and mouse.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: In a week or so..

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Friend will help with it

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Bangalore.. mostly locally, online if not available outside.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: I alread said in the first post.

you can add hd 6670 ddr5 gpu to crossfire with your apu

you can go for this mobo too GIGABYTE MOTHERBOARD GA-F2A55M-DS2

it gets to 32k with the above config.. do u think i can just swap the a4 for the a8 and 6570 to 6670 so i can spend about 28k only..

Total: 31K. This is altogether is a better option with plenty of future upgrade options.

@cilius that config looks pretty good.

@ankush i don't need more performance but if the price is same or the quad core is more cheap, then i would settle to the most vfm one.
does 6 core fx give more heat and temps than its quad core?

i heard amd fx series ends with 9000 model. Is the model released already or ready for next year? Regarding future upgrade.

No, FX-4300 and FX-6300 have same TDP of 95W. However, the performance boost is pretty good with 6300.

you cant crossfire A8-6600K with that graphic card as the integrated A8 gpu is 8xxxD so you will need 8xxx to cross fire (correct me if i am wrong) :)

Ankush, AMD Richland CPU has the same VLIW4 GPU powering the HD 6000 series and they are also same as the HD 7000D series, powering the Trinity APU. Just the nomenclature has been changed by AMD. Also there is no HD 8000 series Desktop card available. You can crossfire it with any HD 6000 series GPU, upto HD 6670. However, hybrid Crossfire is still not mature enough and not recommended.
