^^Well, then I think we found the culprit here. You are basically using a CRAP and calling it PSU is not at all advised. Get at least FSP SAGA II 500W @ 2K.

But if you wanna upgrade then sell your old stuff but keep the 9800 GT.
i5 2400 + DH67VR-B3 + Corsair GS600 will be a very good update.

bad news here
yesterday my 9800GT caught problem.it was giving error code 43.it was displaying zigzag words in BIOS and in windows some red vertical line were seen. i tried everything. i also formatted and installed the windows again but problem was not solved.so i gave my 9800GT for replacement

Now back to the point , i have to buy the graphic card now because it will take at least 15 days.My vacation is going to end on 1st of july.
which will be best graphic card around 13-14k?
i am going with 2400 and DH67VR
