Need suggestion for buying DDR2 RAM

I am thinking of upgrading my netbooks RAM which is 1GB now and has a frequency of 667 mhz. I want a 2GB or 4GB(if possible) DDR2 RAM with same or higher frequency under 3k. Which company should i go for?
Note: I will be buying it from local stores. My NetBook is based on Intel Atom N450

My dad bought it in Yemen. It's sony vaio make. I don't know the exact model. It's written as RPB A0 at the back. I tried googling it. But, I can't find.

BTW, How much does a 4gb ddr2 RAM cost.

At most the netbook wiill have 2 slots. Since one slot is alreay filled up and assuming you wont sell it...

I`s advise you to get a single stick of 2 gb.

Reasons??

1. Your netbook will be more than happy with 3 gigs of am,..rather an overkill..Rams is not the magic solution to speed up a slow system :)

2. 4 Gb...for DDR2,,,,that tooo for a lappy ..on a singkle stick...nearly impossile to source at your local shop.Even single stick 4gb is rarely available for desktops..rather non existent here.

@aloodum: FYI, My netbook has only one slot. Thats why, I need a single stick. As you assumed, I won't sell that 1 Gb Ram. I will add it to my notebook.

Also the Max ram support depends upon the OS. if it is windows 7 starter thtn Max 1gb is supported.
