Need Suggestion for a Mobile Phone Under 20K

I am planning to buy a mobile phone with a budget of maximum 20K. Please suggest me a phone based on your choice. Below are my requirements:

Brand: Nokia (Most Preferred)/Sony Ericsson/Motorola/Samsung
Features:
Connectivity: GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3G(Optional).
Camera: >3 MP
Physical keyboard needed, Touchscreen is optional
Need good audio playback capability and at least 8GB external storage support. Need FM radio.

I am planning to buy the phone coming Christmas. Will wait for your suggestions.

seems like music playback is your priority . then look no further than N86 , IMO its one of the most refined and trouble free handset right now.
