Need solutions for best winrar/zip password recover software

Can anyone tell me which is the best software to decrypt file secured with password by winrar. ?

i have a zip file password secured, which is created by latest winrar .
Since i downloaded many softwares to crack/recover that software file, but all was not able to crack the file secured with latest winrars softwares

winrar uses 256 bit(128bit depending on versions) encryption using AES. there is no way you can crack it without knowing the 'key'. the only way is to brute force and will take several thousands of years even on a very powerful machine. if you know the person who password protected this file, ask him. else leave it.
