Need PC for Video Editing - 60k budget

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: The computer will be used primarily for Audio and Video Editing. Softwares used will be Adobe Premier Pro CC, Adobe AfterEffects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Audition. Secondary purpose will be as a home desktop future-proof for 5-7 years. I'm a casual gamer and a decent performance for DotA 2 is an added bonus, but not priority.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: I would like to accomplish this under 60k. Can stretch budget by a further 5k.

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: No.

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Windows 10 Home Edition

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 1 TB of HDD. Unsure of whether I will be able to fit an SSD in the given budget and the performance gain it will bring.

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: Yes, I will want a new monitor. Screen size between 19 to 21 inches. Resolution 1920 x 1080. An IPS panel preferred.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: None

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: In the next 2 weeks.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: I have never built one myself. I would like to avail the services of an assembler.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: I live in Thane (near Mumbai). Would prefer buying locally (Lamington road). I am open to buying online if there is a price advantage.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: Any pointers towards a reputed/trustworthy assembler will be appreciated.

This one is good
Some modifications though

Get 16gb ram
Get a better psu.... Something from seasonic
Skip the ssd and get a GTX 1060 3gb version (I would prefer this)
I don't think you need an ups... You live in thane
If you still can't fit in your budget get an H110 mobo instead of B150
