1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Office and Home Use. Main usage Office 2012/2011/2010 whatever. Share Market (the java ticker), Windows 7-8 compatible, Light Gaming (12yr girl) (gaming is option though), Movies 720p,1080p (sometimes) Not much but.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: Max 22k can extent till 25k please give both option because 3k might be there or might not be...That 3k must be for MONITOR, HDD, MOBO any of this

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: NOT ATALL

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Windows 7 (do look windows 8 compatibility)

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 500GB or less (preferably SATA III 6Gbps)

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: Well Atlest 20-22" -24" must be max at possible because it is a show piece for them

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: None

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: In 5 days

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Yes many times

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Mumbai, I want to buy locally but please give reference to Online Price. (IN lamington road PrimeABGB, mac it info something)

Ans:Yes IMP MULTIPLE OPTION IS BETTER AND EXPECTED
I am looking for
Intel Dual Core (G850, G620, G630) or if you want to suggest amd mobo and cpu feel free to suggest but mostly intel coz not much graphic need
USB 3.0
SATA III 6gbps
HDMI (OPTIONAL)
lan 1gbps (comman but have to mention)
Graphic card adding facility for future upgrade not now (Low End only)
4GB ram or whatever common for Windows 8 (atleast 1333Mhz or whatever suit the mobo)
Speaker 2.0 is suffiecient
UPS
Keyboard Mouse Normal (VFM) but good one to long last.
Micro Atx motherboard.
Please look for good monitor, motherboard
Please suggest things which are availble because people suggest thing which are not available in the market (that is why multiple choices are welcome)

WD Caviar Blue is SATA iii 6Gbps ? or which are one with this config
I know there is a mobo for this ASRock H61M/U3S3 but i guess availability will be an issue...

buy any case as per your choice locally (because cheapest on flipkart is of Rs ~1.6K)

(speaker and led remaining)
i don't deal with those things so 10-11K will be enough for those things
Philips 21 led is available for 5.5-6.5K (3-4 months ago) in Nehru place, and Rs 1k for 2.1 channel speaker, so you may be able to find these in under ~7K

I was laughing while reading the comments posted regarding "bhai corsair hi hai"
It is so true and really many people have heard that many times even now...lolz

Here what i have in mind but need some one to verify and suggest

for a system which need only about 100w total, a aftermarket psu is waste, so stick with inbuilt smps, this will solve the budget issue

asus and LG dvd drive at flipkart have almost same features and read/wright capability so you can choose either.

it does not support usb3, sata3

h61m does not support usb3, sata3

ASRock H61M/U3S3 and ASRock H61M are two different motherboards.

ASRock H61M/U3S3 contains 2 usb3.0 ports and sata III connectors.
ASRock H61M does not come with usb3.0 or sata III.

1) even if i remove the PSU still it will be 23.8k i want to 22k can some suggest more.

here is a link for 61 / 67 motherboard
it is compatible with Dual core G620 and other i3 i5
it is cheapest i got.. (with features i mean)
It is just a suggestion and a little effort for other.

check the availability on flipkart and from local dealer
90% is from flipkart
10% (only of biostar) are not from flipkart listed below

Didn't included PCI 3.0 because it can only be utilized by i5 and i7 processor only. Only aimed at dual core and i3 processor board. I might be wrong but i did a through research in that..

Also ASRock H61M/U3S3 is available at lamington @ 4500 + taxes (negotiable) confirmed.

Just give me suggestion for 2-3 montiors of size 20 22 24 please (prefreably with HDMI facility to connect PS3)
