Need LOW budget smartphone with good battery backup, GPS, dual sim

headline says everything, please help for my friend, he is interested for his first smartphone, he and i both doesn't have much idea about smartphones. good battery backup, dual sim, and GPS is must. Max budget is 5K.

Impossible within 5k, unless going for desi brand..
Id have suggested Lumia 510 otherwise..
BTW, do not expect even AVERAGE battery life from smartphones around 5k

Increase your budget little bit get Xolo A500S.Don't expect any good phone from Samsung ,Sony ,HTC crappy screen, crappy processor and the list goes on.
I am using Xolo Q700 now and must say everything is great about it is very smooth great build quality good camera loud speakers.

Don't Expect Xolo Service to be as good as sony/samsung/nokia..
tbh, IF you're going for Android in this range & you're planning to use a lot of apps, you're most likely to get frustrated in a few months..
If possible, increase your budget & get Xolo q700/q800 or Lumia 520.( both of them are good vfm )

Increase budget and get Lumia 520.. It is one of the only smartphones under 10k that satisfies good battery life, good performance and good screen
