Broken In
Hi guys. My uncle needs to buy a laptop for professional purpose. It should run this software called Wings XP, whose system requirements are:

Processor Pentium™ 4, / Athlon™, 2 GHz or faster
Operating System Windows 7 / Windows Vista / Windows XP / Windows 2000, with DirectX 9c or later
Memory Wings XP does not make high demands on your system's RAM, however as with any software program, you need enough to run your operating system plus extra RAM for the software programs you are running.
Minimum recommended RAM: Windows 7 - 2 GB or more
Windows Vista - 1.5 GB or more
Windows XP - 1 GB or more
Windows 2000 - 512 MB or more
Hard Drive Space 800 MB of free uncompressed hard drive space
Video Separate (not integrated) graphics card with 128MB or more dedicated RAM (Recommended cards: GeForce 4 or newer; Radeon 9600 or newer)
CD Drive Required for installation
Ports 1 free USB port required for USB security key (dongle)
Monitor Any monitor with 32-bit color and resolution of at least 1024x768
Budget: 30-40k
No gaming needed.
At least i5 (3rd generation preferable).
Like: Dell, HP, Sony, ASUS
Dislike: Lenovo, HCL, ACER
RAM: 4GB
Screen Size: 14-16"

I am mostly confused about the GPU here. I think medium range one should work, but not sure.
