Need info on Graphic Card warranty :)

Hi All,

Anybody have knowledge about Asus graphic card warranty?
I have Gtx 550Ti with 3 years warranty and I busted it in 1.5 years. I have submitted it for replacement.
I want to know what will they offer as replacement as 5xx series has discontinued.

Do they offer Upgraded cards like GTX650Ti or downgraded like GT640 ?

Is anybody have seen or experienced similar situation before?

Service Center is DigiComp Mumbai in case u guys need extra info. (Its not advertisement)

first let's wait for what digicomp offers you on this then we can discuss further but even a GTX 650 [ non ti ] is a upgraded card [ performance wise ] so insist on that at-least.

Cool I hope they will offer 650Ti. One of my friend has given 560Ti for replacement to Prime ABGB then from them to Rashi. and Rashi is offering him 650Ti. And 560Ti is anyways better than 650Ti. He bought 560 for 15k and they are offering him card worth 9k.

He has called manager at Rashi so they gonna talk to ASUS support. I will update what is he getting.

your friend should at-least get a GTX 650 Ti Boost.
