Need help with my acer overheating issue

Okay guys, i plan to get the servicing and cleaning done, and the tech is asking for 500 rupees, which includes the cleaning and replacing the thermal paste. He will do it in front of me. Is the price okay or should i bargain?

So i didnt get the laptop serviced or buy a cooling pad, what i did instead is kept a hard rubber dumbbell under the laptop and the temperatures are now down by 10-12 degrees

and plus its more comfortable now to type cause of the elevation
