Need help - To buy a good phone - Budget 15K

Today I called few The Mobile Stores and they said that N81 8GB has been discontinued. is it ture

They Quoted 14,279 for N81 with 2GB Card. and 10,089 for 5320XM Are these Prices fare or there r chances of bargain.

Please suggest a good mobile shop in south delhi. I will be buying phone in 2-3 days.
