For maxing out at 1600x900 a GTX 560 enough I guess. But as I can extend my budget a bit more I might be going for MSI N560GTX-Ti-M2D1GD5/OC. The 6950 will be an overkill for my requirement.
6950 might last a bit more longer in future before becoming obsolete.

^^GIGABYTE GV-R785OC-2GD. It comes to ~ 13k. Will be good if they market it at around 14k in India.

SeaSonic S12II 520 @ 3770
CORSAIR GS600 @ 4400
SeaSonic S12II 620 @ 4620

Which of the above would be the best buy for me considering my requirements/future upgrades as follows?

-The GPU might be a 560Ti or an upcoming Kepler.
-Might add an SSD and another 2TB HDD.
-Couple of 4GB DDR3 sticks.
-A Blue-Ray drive maybe.
-No overclocking at all.

Go to the following URL and calculate the required wattage:
eXtreme Power Supply Calculator v2.5

Please note that Kepler would be requiring comparitively less power than the 500s and 400s.
Go for either Corsair GS600 or the SeaSonic S12II 620.

I think the SeaSonic S12II 620 has better build quality than the GS600. And about the cabinet, I see that the CM Elite 311 Plus lacks proper ventilation. How about the CM Elite 370? It fits my budget too.

When new engg says $260 don't expect a 260 x 50 = 13k Cost in India. It will be 20-30% higher due to import costs and duties.

^^Yes you're right.

So the Seasonic 620 and CM Elite 370 will be a good buy or what?

SeaSonic S12II 620 is confirmed. And about the case, I'm really impressed by the Bitfenix Merc Alpha. Any suggestions on that?

^^^ The cabinet you mentioned looks pretty good to me, basically provides high end features in a small price tag, has a good number of cable management holes, supports lots of fans, looks pretty decent, but, IMO, NZXT Source 210 Elite pretty much is the same with better looks and front USB3 port, but it all depends on YOUR choice :D
