1. mobile with such display cost 15k and more as old ones are now discontinued.
2. Symbian mobiles uses fixed focus camera.
3. Galaxy S is discontinued long ago and even the SL or R cost 18-20k.
i'll suggest increase your budget by just 2k and grab Samsung Omnia W.
