Check this ASUS F2A85-M-LE ~5.7k,though it would make the total a little bit over your budget but has SATA III and usb3.0 ports.

ASUS F2A85-M-LE is dicontinued for some reasons!.,even though it is available in the site u listed!
i just checked out the benchmarks of Gigabyte GA-F2A85X-UP4+A10 5800k,and i hav to say i'm impressed.
There is still no news on the latest revision pricing in india.

You wont get most of the mobos which are sold in other countries

Going by the price of A85X chipset motherboards in India that Gigabyte board would cost at least 7.5k or more.That mobo is in the "coming soon" list of flipkart.
Fm2 A75 chipset mobos are not present anywhere online in India as of now.
A10 5800k + a85x board costs almost as much as or more than i5 3470+gigabyte b75m-d3h,if you can spend 14.5-15k then the latter looks as the better option.
For 11k or less i3 3220+gigabyte b75m-d3h is ok as well.Otherwise if you can get some fm2 A75/A85X based mobo at around 5k with a10 5800k then that would be ok.

Agreed.,well i will hav to look for a good fm2 mobo now
