Need help in buying Laptop!!

My friend am forth year engineering student and he needs a laptop urgently.
He searched everywhere and finally came on these two:

Lenovo 3000 N100 15.4"
and
Sony Vaio FJ.

His budget is around 70,000/- and these two fit in!!
He also configured Alienware m5550 which was cheaper than these two but it becomes way costly when imported to india.

Plz need help fom you guys.

Any recommendations about other brand laptops fitting in his budget?
