Hi,
I need help regarding partitioning my laptop hard
drive and to solve usage issues with RAM.

Config:

Model : Samsung Notebook3 NP305E5Z - S01N
CPU: AMD A4 1.96GHZ Dual core
RAM : DDR3 4 GB
Hard Disk : 500 GB
VRAM : AMD Radeon DDR3 1 GB

Now I have 500GB hard drive, how do i can effectively partitioning it
without fragmentation. And how should i exactly do that? and how
many drives i can have? also i have plans to install linux(dual boot)
on separate drive. so please guide me according for that.

Then i have installed windows 7 32 bit version, the problem is, its
using only 2GB of 4GB ram. how to use full ram capacity? or i should
go for 64bit version? and whether my lap supports windows8?

So please guide me for the above things.
Thank You.

you can try EASEUS Partition Master to partition the HDD. for linux keep a fixed amount as unpartitioned so you can easily spot it.

as for ram, your laptop has dual graphics so integrated graphics is eating away ~1GB ram. enter bios and reduce it.

and your laptop supports Windows 8.

Put 50GB partitions each for Windows and Linux. Leave the rest in a single partition. For partitioning use Windows Disk Management tool as it's easy to use and comes built-in with Win 7. Also if possible then install 64-bit version of windows to fully utilize your 4GB RAM.
