Need help debugging my ping issue

Hey guys

Need some help from you awesome digitians to debug my ping issue. Here is some background. My internet connection(Airtel broadband) recently had some frequent DC issues. After almost a month of crap from CC/ Airtel presence. They did a whole bunch of stuff and replaced my modem. Quite honestly I still get 1-2 DC's per day. But I am fed up of dealing with these incompetetent guys and am using this connection until ACT broadband comes to my area.

However, ever since these people played arnd with my connection my pings have gone up. For ex , Counter strike GO doesnt find servers within 250 ping range. Earlier I used to find servers within 60ms. Dota 2 pings to Singapore server are now 300ms! Earlier they were 66 ms. I did some debugging myself.

Here is the tracert to the DOTA 2 singapore server. As you can see , the major screw up happens between 4 and 5

When I checked the locations of both 4 and 5 they were Delhi! Which means some nonsense is happenning at Airtel server end itself.

What I need from you guys

Could you please run "tracert 103.28.54.0" . I want to compare your output to

1) Convince myself that something is actually different now.
2) Convince the braindead "technical" folks at airtel that something is wrong at their end.


If any of you face similar issues do let me know.. Ideally the ping should be 60-80 ms from India to this server which is located in singapore.
