Need Help Confused in deciding which laptop to buy

Dear All,

I am going to buy a laptop of range 35000 to 40000. I am confused in between Dell Inspiron 15 and HP Pavilion g6-2103tu.
My requirement is core-i5 3rd gen. with 4 gb ram and minimum 500 gb hard disk.

Now pls help me in buying, if there is any model better than these two please tell.
