1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact.Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'etcetera.')
Ans: Playing games like Call Of Duty MW4, Crysis3, Batman Arkham City, NFS:MW2,undercover, and watching HD movies, Creativity application like Illustrator, Dreamweaver CS3,Photoshop
2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: 30k at max.

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans:No

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:Win 7/8,RedHat 6

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans:500gb(Opted for WD Caviar Blue)

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention

the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: Yes, preferably a 20" screen.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: Keyboard, Mouse and Speakers, Cabinet,DVD Writer(IDE),Wi-Fi router(NSN, Tp-Link(3G))

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: Will order as soon as I finalize the conifg.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Assembling myself.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Jaipur. Will be buying it from flipkart
11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: I want the system to be future proof for atleast 2-3 years. I have looked out for Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4 GB (1 x 4 GB) PC RAM (CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9), WD Caviar Blue 500 GB, Intel DH77EB Mobo.(MSI B75MA-P45 Mobo not available on flipkart so will not be considering it)
Also I am confused whether to buy a Intel i5-3470,AMD A10-5800K or a AMD 3.5 GHz AM3+ FX 8320 8 Core Piledriver Processor, Will not be buying a Graphic card right now, but planning it for future. Also I have got a PSU that I was using with MY P4 PC, please let me know if I can reuse it with this config.

What you can do is
1-get a complete good system without a gfx card and buy a new card later. This will be able to show its powers for longer time.
2- Get a system with a gfx card which would helpful for roughly 2 yrs.
After that you have to change Proc , Mobo , gfx Card to play future games...

and i insist op to buy system with a gfx probably 650ti 2gb

and i think probably corsair 430 w psu will be enough

Sainatrajan's config is good to go.
The Seasonic 520w PSU can handle most of the high end GPU's (when paired with a locked intel proc).

@OP:
* Post the details of your previous PSU.
* Hard to fit anything other than the above intel config into your budget.
* Mention which gpu you plan on buying or within what range. <--

Right off the assembly line
G skiill is not available on flipkart, so i'll get it from the local market.
Also i am having a Micro ATX cabinet, so should i go for NZXT Gamma or the earlier one will suffice.

@myth - I was opting for AMD A10-5800K and AMD 3.5 GHz AM3+ FX 8320 8 Core Piledriver Processor. and both are under 11K
My old PSU is iball LPE233-400

@Sainatarajan - I'll go with the first option you have suggested of buying a gfx card later

Also I am going for below configuration

Intel Core I5 3450
Gigabyte GAB75M
WD 500 GB HDD Caviar Blue/1TB Green(please suggest)
Seasonic S12 520W
DELL IN2030M
Gskill RipJAWSx 4 GB/Corsair Vengance 4GB

Go with the Caviar Blue

The green has slower speeds and blue is faster.
