Need help about bsnl broadband on systems

Dear friends,i want to use bsnl broadband on my two laptops simultaneously.but could not able to how can please guide here,
i have type 2 modem,two laptops one with vista operating system and another one is with xp installed.here are my questions:
1)can i able to surf internet on both laptops at same time,on wifi or i need one with wifi and another with cable simultaneously.(confused about that)

2)How can i configure wifi on windows vista operating system.please suggest here i will be very thankful to you for this.

Why have you started a new thread? Your queries are all answered by fellow members in watevr possible way. You have not reverted back what was the problems after or in following them and you are now back to square one!!!
