Need Graphic Under 3k[Urgent]

Intel D946 Mobo
Intel C2D E4500 Processor
iBall LPE223-400 (250W) SMPS
1 stick of 1gig Ram
160 WD HDD

What's the best graphic card in the budget of 3k?
I know 3k isn't much but's that all I can shell out at the moment
Need the graphic card to run DoTA 2 and FIFA 12

Purpose:
Full-Time Gaming(FIFA 11,CoD,NFS), Part-time HD Movies
No intention of getting one more card latr to use it as SLI/Crossfire
Want it to play till I can afford a whole new PC

I am sorry in saying this but your 250w iBall PSU might cause huge destruction to your PC. Hence I would recommend to upgrade that too.

I would recommend save up and do a system upgrade.

With your PSU any Decent GFX will Burst it.

System is also pretty old.

Save up around 15k and we will give you something decent.

LOL, I'll have to w8 a year long or more to upgrade my pc
Just needed a GFX Card for a year's time with no future expectation from it(for ex. no use of SLI models) although it'd be a gr8 addition if I take a Z series board in future(They have Virtu )

Checked your power usage and at 100% load(with gfx)-227W

to play games smoothly which u mention. u need higher version graphics card and some graphics card does nt support 946 mobo...so its better u upgrade ur pc

i also hav same config but with Pentium D processor...now im upgrading to AMD for gaming purpose only...

I got Myself XFX ATI Radeon HD 6450 1GB DDR3 @ 3.2k
Works well
will soon enuf upgrade my psu b4 putting thru torture tests
Dn't wanna blow my rig up already
