Need full hd led monitor budget 11000

Hi guys I need a new monitor full hd 21inch minimum. I am 3d artist and I do play games aswell, my budget is around 11000 rs . I have selected dell s2204l but its super glossy screen is a let down for me, as I saw few review on youtube the glossiness is way to much for me. If anyone can suggest me something else I would be glad... and also if someone using the dell monitor please share your thought about glossiness of the screen and othet feature. I will buy the monitor in two three dayz so please guys reply quick.

My dad has S2240L, and I did ask him about the gloss and reflection, but he didn't complain. I also used it for sometime and didn't find any issues. other memberes in TDF also have this monitor, just wait for their feedback.
