Need free calling to India

Like talkatone provides free calling to us numbers. Is there any program to call to India for free. If not free really less. I want the application on Android, Iphone or windows phone.

use skype for mobile .. you can also use fring, nimbuzz etc all these chat client supports calling .. but call qultiy will depend on gors/3g speed of both parties ..
