Need buying advice on Gaming Keyboard + Mouse (Max $200 combined)

Hi Guys,
I need some buying advice on purchasing a gaming keyboard and a mouse. Following will help clarifying it further :
1. Need these to connect to my laptop for now.
2. Will be playing only CS 1.6 and Warcraft III on laptop using the purchased keyboard and mouse.
3. Will order online from Amazon or Newegg.
4. Max budget will be $200.
5. Also needed suggestion if mechanical keyboard will be the way to go to play these games??

I have considered Steelseries 7g and Razer Blackwidow Ultimate. But this whole NKRO and ghosting stuff confused me.

i would say Mircrosoft X4 keyboard and a G400 mouse should do for your needs

here is another

and for mouse
Razer Naga MMOG Laser Gaming Mouse - 5600dpi, 3.5G Laser Sensor, 1000Hz Ultrapolling $64.99
you still have 40$ or so get a Mouse pad from razer for approx 10$ or so

for mouse you want something more fancy go with
Cyborg Black USB Wired Laser 5600 dpi R.A.T. 7 Gaming Mouse $78.00
or above series but you dont get the macro buttons that you get in naga
