I use my DSLR for photography. So dont care about the flimsy phone cams.

I think you should buy an ipod touch for around 11k if you want good sound quality or try to get iphone 3gs from local market,it is available at a much cheaper rate in local market.

You can have a look at SE Neo V....haven't go my hands on the phone but have heard that it is a very good phone...check out some of it reviews here on TDF and then u will get to know about it sound/music quality also...it will cost u 15-16k

try the new sony ericson live with walkman
im using it for the past month,
its a good phone got it for 12.5k from ebay.

music is good coz its a w series phone.good looking
but it doesnt have custom equalizer or megabass settings.
the headphones i got are good(odinary),but not too good.
camera quality is tolerable,n 720 pixel video recording and playback.
battery backup is good,
check gsmarena for the phone specs.
it runs on android gingerbrd too.
