Need advise for new AMD based system

which one is better??

MSI 880GMA-E45 Motherboard or Gigabyte GA-880GM-USB3 Motherboard

both are selling at a similar price.

Also, which shud I prefer ??

AMD Athlon ll X4 640 Processor Or AMD Phenom II X2 560 Processor ???

basically i need to fit my proccy mobo comby for around 10k - 10.5k

also suggest a PSU for below 2.5k

FSP SAGA II 500 500W Power Supply OR Gigabyte Superb 460W GE-R460-V1 Power Supply ??

Or if some body could post a good configuration only for proccy, Mobo, RAM and PSU for below 15k.

I got a HDD, monitor n rest already.

If you still wanna decrease the budget then you can opt for FSP Saga II 500W for 2.3k or Giga Superb 460W(almost the same price as the FSP one).

since you want usb3 and sata3 look at Gigabyte GA-880GMA-UD2H @ 4.5k. the ecs one doesn't have usb3.
the 640 is better choice than 560. do you oc a lot?
will you add a graphic card in future? if yes, which type or model?

I am not a Gaming freak.. I would want to watch HD movies, image (photo) processing, all night downloading, etc So whichever Mobby giving good on-board graphics with SATA 3.0 and USB 3.0 support (for future purchases) is a must for me...

640 is a quad core processor, great for multitasking, multithreaded apps and all round general performance.
560 is a dual core. its a BE means unlocked multiplier. great for overclockers and gamers. although new core i3 2100 is much better.

for your purposes my choice will be Intel Core i3 2100. wait for its release IMO. it runs cooler and will be great for long time continuous use.
