Wil pentium e33681-001ce dual core 2ghz procesor fit in asus p5vd2 vm se mobo??

My frnd is havin p4 3ghz. .he is thinkin of getin d dual core frm a frnd. .
would it be a beter choice for gamin??
he is havin 2gb ddr2 ram. . .yesterday i instald 9400gt in his computer along wid windows 7. .

e33681-001ce is not a cpu but an Intel Stock CPu cooler model no. for LGA 775 cpus - so mention the exact cpu model name here ( post a cpu-z app screenshot if you are unsure ).

The mobo supports only 65nm dual core cpus ( e4000, e2000 and e6000 series )

C2D E4000,E2000 and E6000 series cpus performs a lot better than LGA 775 P4 cpus - so the dual core cpu is indeed a better choice for gaming.
