Need a UPS for i5 rig

hello

i was using some compaq UPS for last few year..
now i want to change the UPS as its battery backup is nil now..

rig - i5 760, GTX460, samsung LCD 22"

And same case with LG DVD rom. So suggest a good performing DVD writer..

go for whatever 1KVA or 650VA but go for APC....... currently they r performing better than others

APC is available in Nehru Place.
I don't know which but its available in quite a few shops.

in DVD writer there are 2 model. one that support "Buffer Under-run Prevention Function." and another model has "LightScribe Direct Label Printing Technology"..
price is same..
any opinion?

Lightscribe is useless. It lets you laserprint on special lightscribe media which is more costly for nothing..
Buffer-Underrun protection wins automatically.

Every DVD writer these days has Buffer underrun protection and Light-scribe is useless.
