need a phone for specific needs pls help

I own ipod touch 4g... Its brilliant gadget overall but falls short in a few areas. I need a phone that is able to satisfy following requirements extremely well...

1. telephony
2. camera
3. gps
4. build quality
5. wifi hotspot

The OS running on the phone and manufacturer does not matter too much. Based on the above requirements i felt Nokia N8 suits well since its got a 12 MP camera and 'Nokia drive' app.I have a budget of 18k

Please advise me if its a good choose or not and follow them up with suggestions

For 18 k look out for
1.xperia sola--All rounder
2.One V----Looks
3.xperia u---Vfm
Symbian does not quite has long life in future , as windows 8 is looking great to me and so to nokia.
I would have recommended nokia 800 but not now wait for windows phone 8 if you want nokia.

Xperia looks good for you.
But it won't be having a good battery back up as the battery in it is very small.
Don't buy N8.
