NEED a phone around 6K

Hi guys, I want a phone in 6k range. Please suggest. Nokia or SE preferred. I want good music, good display and UI, decent camera [I have semi pro cam]. One more thing, are the used phones in EBAY or indiatimes reliable? Has anyone bought this type of high end phone in low price?

I just recentaly visited on the market i think around 6k nokia 5130 is best mobile there is all feature come in this device including data cable and m.card.
