Ans: Gaming, He wants to game at the most resolution on Crysis at playable FPS he can. The best gfx under his budget.

Ans: He actually wants to game and OC. He has No AC so he will need a good cooler like CM Hyper 212 EVO I think.

You wont Get a Unlocked Intel Core I5 processor in your budget with a very good Graphic Card.
Save another 10K or go wid AMD.

From where you could get that PSU for 2.6K

11K for GTX 550 TI . You could get a HD 6870 .

Dude you get an gtx 560 for 11k ? Why 11k for 550ti?
And Enthusiast Series™ TX650 v2 is 5.6k(Why not settle for CORSAIR Gaming Series GS700 700W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS Certified Activ... at 5.5k) or a 600w one at 4.4k?
Get a HD 6870 at 10-11k or a HD 7850 at 15k.
Reduce on the PSU by taking a Corsair gaming series 600w-4.4K
HD 7850-15K
Intel i5 2500k-12.2

IMO,4GB Ram is enough!

You're really bad at calculation bro, the total is 58.3k, not 54k and the specified budget by OP is 51k, so you've came too far. Even 54k sounds too much.

Asus P8Z77-M @ 10K has front usb 3 header but it is not a good overclocker. You'll need to compromise on something. Still, i'd insist on getting an HD 7850 and forget overclocking.
If your makes up his mind about this, then suggest him to go for Asus p8h77m(8k)+ core i5 2400(10.8k)+ sapphire Hd 7850. P8H77 M has a usb 3 header front usb. Go for Corsair carbide 300R (3.5K) because you require a cabinet with usb 3 bracket, for using the usb 3 header on mobo.

Corsair 300R isn't as good as 400R or 500R.
For cabinet, Source 210 Elite is a good choice.

A bit overbudget, contacted him and he told that he will manage with any local mouse, so I planned this, I also told him that its a bit over, he is good. :)

If HD 7850 is not availible, which card under 12k and 12.6k should I opt for? (please tell seperately for both) :)
