Need a LGA775 board for overclocking C2D E4500.

I want a good motherboard with LGA 775 socket in which i can install my core 2 duo E4500 processor and overclock it.
Since my CPU is multiplier locked, i want a motherboard that can run high FSBs stably.
Also it should have a PCIEx x16 slot. Even better if it supports SLI/Crossfire.

Should be micro ATX form factor.

Shouldn't be too expensive (~4000 INR)

I think Gigabyte G41 is the only available LGA 775 Motherboard now. However, don't plan to any serious overclocking experiment with this board. It is a pure value oriented board and does not have build quality to support high overclocking. P45 chipset based boards were used to be performance boards but they aren't available any more. 400-500 MHz over the stock speed is okay, provided you have a good Cooler.
