Theoretically 640/650/660 are the same chips , just running on different core frequencies and maybe a slightly better binned.
If your laptop has sufficient cooling and an unlocked vBIOS , then you know what do choose.

I am buying one for 47.8k, from brick-mortar stores, in Kolkata (Chandni)
Flipkart priced the same at 49990/-
Note that the one i am buying has 6gb of RAM but flipkart says it as 4gb.
