need a fast ssd for boot up

have an amd x4 phenom 2 system and 4 gigs of ram. no matter how i tweak it , the boot up times are no good.
I want an ssd that can help me boot and ready to use in under 10 sec.
it should be VFM

Anyway, you can try one of these: OCZ Agility 3 60 GB @6.5k or Corsair Force Series 3 60 GB @5.5k.

Sorry for going offtopic, but as a alternative have you considered using hibernate/sleep/standby options ?

since sata 3 is the new standard , i will prefer it . And sleep is for systems that remain powered on .
Hibernate is fast only if the exisisting system is fast .
