should last from anywhere near 12hr to 2days depending on use. processor is in same line as found in LG L5 II (cost 11k). And android 4.1 should have no problem as screen resolution is low and ram is 512MB.

Friends,Now I have decided to go with android

galaxy chat- rs 5500
xperia tipo - rs 7000
sam pocket neo(dual) - rs 7000
sam galaxy young(dual) -rs 8000
LG optimus l3 II - rs 7300
LG optimus l3 - rs 6200
how good these phones are and which is better among those?
I am eying on galaxy young which is out of budget though. I am looking towards the single sim version of galaxy young which is not yet released here, i think. guys what are your opinions? Any other suggestions?

Friends, a little update. I waited for ONAM festival offers and here it is. So companies, have already started pouring offers. My budget now is strictly below 8k. which is good, galaxy young dual or lg optimus l4 ii e440(single sim) ?is lg optimus l4 ii e440 available in india? I cant find it online. I will most probably buy next week. I can go with samsung/lg/sony only. need your suggestions at the earliest.

If lac of apps is not an issue then you should consider Other then android because At the lower budget android Phones tends to become lagy IMO.
You can consider Nokia Lumia 510 but the memory is limited to 4GB only.
Nokia Lumia 520 is there to grab is you can stretch your budget bit, around 9k and it is the best buy IMO.
And WP8 Store is also getting better and better

it is a good deal. let me get the details from local shop about its price.
this one was my first choice.. But I think lg optimus l4 ii is a better deal than this. I am looking into the single sim version of this. dual sim is out of budget.

lumia is 9.3k there. I will consider xperia e. But it has 512 mb ram despite having 0.23'' screen advantage than galaxy young which has 768mb ram. both are having same chipset.

Yeah, Yeah i agree..young seems to be a good deal....But xperia e is'nt laggy as the low ram might suggest
