Ans: Only gaming, games like CS 1.6, GO, Dota 1 & 2, Fifa 14, Starcraft, LoL, etc and other games like Just cause 2 or Mafia 2.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: 25k for each PC

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: Nope, not at all.

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Windows 7 64 bit

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 320 GB or 500 GB

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: Friend needs a matte screen monitor, i suggested him Dell E1914H, any other cheap monitor with matte screen, please provide the link also.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: going to buy all the components.

Ans: in next 2 weeks

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: No, it will be done by assembler only.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Pune, locally or online, depends on price factor.

only one doubt, the smps you mentioned is the best in market, but don't you think it would be overkill for that processor and graphic card?

Na 450W is a bare minimum in my opinion. And What with best in market? You can get Corsair series of similar rating also. Just dont go EL Cheapo

I use a Sapphire R7 250 1GB DDR5 and Intel G3230 and 2 HDD. My SMPS is Frontech 400W that came free bundle with El Cheapo Rs1000 Frontech Case. Antec VP450 is for people who get GTX 750ti kind of PCs . I am not saying its bad, its just overkill.

get R7 250X or radeon 7770(250X is just rehashed version of 7770),spending few hundred less on R7 250 is not worth it.
