Use SmartFileMan or FExplorer and check every file and folder in C drive of your cell and delete/move any files/folders that you think shouldn't be there. Certain files do not show up when you scan your memory, but they do exist (.sis, .avi, symbian apps, etc.). So check carefully. Also clear the cache in your Opera browser regularly.
As krazyfrog said it seems lots of content specially images is getting stored in your browser's cache. Therefore the problem with the low memory.
Check where opera and yahoo go are installed ie. in MMC or in cell memory and where the cache folder of opera is.
don't know about n70...but i have a 3250...when i install any application from PC Suite Installer manager.....It stored whole set up file(.sis) in phone memory & it decrease the internal phone memory size everytime....and in my phone model it is acessible via Tools-->File Manager-->Phone Memory--->Installed Files.
